I realised it made more sense to just include the extras in The Complete Edition here, for anyone who pays $12USD:

• full backgrounds: day, night, and evening variants.
• Renders: the lines, the original Blender toon-shaded render, flat colours, and an all-white soft shading render. A few other alternate versions are supplied for some files.

Note this is the same price and content as The Complete Edition. I'm keeping The Complete Edition up for those people who already paid for it, but I've removed it from search results. 

 I'm pretty sure that if you're one of the couple of generous folk who already paid money for this pack then, if you're interested, you won't need to pay the full $12, just the difference eg $2 if you already paid $10.
